With regard to the realisation of projects, we will ensure that deliveries and services agreed by contract are completed in full and as set out in the specifications.

We will work out and coordinate with the contractual partners early on the exact definition of the procedures to be applied for commissioning and acceptance including all associated criteria and parameters.

If a claim arises from a contractual dispute, we will help you corroborate and enforce / refute the claim to keep you from incurring any additional costs, delays and reduction in services (both in terms of quality and quantity).

We will thereby ensure that you will receive the contractual services to which you are entitled and for which you have paid.
