Professional services in the field of construction and technical building services, in particular in the food industry with a focus on the milk and dairy industries.

Core competences:
Concept development, project, cost and construction management, process optimization, contract and claim management, development of energy service and supply contracting, due diligence and post-merger-integration.

Oliver Koenigseder holds a master degree in chemical engineering. He has over 30 years of experience from a number of leading European project and construction companies. Most recently he served for many years as managing director for one of the leaders in the HVAC industry. Mr. Königseder is ASHREA member and certified as project manager IPMA/GPM.
